The Story

What is it about Alice that is so inspiring? No matter how many times I paint her, there's always room for more. In the story, Alice leaves this world of common sense and goes to a land of nonsense. I wonder if I love Lewis Carol's idea because it reflects truth backwards? This world seems full of nonsense and I imagine when we step into Heaven everything that was out of place on earth will fall into place, and we'll finally understand the full meaning of the word, "home". But then again, maybe I just love the idea of flowers that can talk and a disappearing cat. Whatever the reason, I'm certain of this: for me, there will always be another Alice.

The Process

This digital reproduction of my original acrylic artwork is printed on an acid free, velvet fine art paper using archival inks. Each gallery-quality print is titled, signed, and comes with a hand-crafted bookmark card featuring the story behind the painting. Available in 8x10. (Sold unframed)

Shipping Details

Prints will be shipped flat in plastic protective sleeve with chip board backing inside a rigid chipboard mailer.
